Miami Marathon – Course, Elevation and Race Info

The Life Time Miami Marathon is held annually in the Magic City’s tropical paradise. Runners from around the globe gather to conquer the scenic streets, weaving through iconic landmarks like the Art Deco buildings of South Beach and the majestic Port of Miami. With a flat, fast, single-loop course certified by the USTAF, the marathon is not only a Boston-qualifying race but also a qualifying event for the AbbottWMM Marathon Tours & Travel Age Group World Championship.

The event is not just a race but an immersive experience, complete with entertainment along the course, a lively post-race Finish Festival, and the promise of stunning tropical views and sounds of Miami. The marathon, alongside the half marathon and a wheelchair division, attracts over 18,000 participants, making it one of the largest races in the country.
